Was sick last two days and today just continue with my practice.
2nd practice: This time I'd run 4km in 32mins with speed 7.5.
After done, my face turn to super red like "red boom"!
Feel like it's already my limit, no more energy to run further.
The motivation that push me to finish 4km are the "distance" and "time" that shown in the meter reading.
without the meter, running on the Penang bridge...would I able to do so?
Still hesitating on the registration...10km or 21km?
