Been LOST my track on jogging for few weeks!
I can said just a blink on eyes!
The marathon is on this Sunday!
Without practicing, am I able to finish the Run in time???
Just started to catch up my practice last monday...
To speed up my practise, I run for 60mins for the 1st time!
It's really a good improve on myself!
But till today, I can still feel the pain on my muscle!
Can't imagine! This Sunday I'm going to torture x3 my legs!
