Singapore, that most of the people say, a boring country, you would find nothing to do during the weekend other than shopping.
In fact, shopping is just part of it, you may find a lot of fun in Singapore with spending a little money or even without spending a single dollar!
How I usually spend my weekend is doing some sport. Walking distance from the house, there are community center that open for public, I can play badminton and jogging with the most convenient ever. Sometimes weekend when I would like to find something special, can go further for hiking at Macritchie reservoir, Labrador park or cycling at east coast. Those places are well maintained with nice scenery.

Other than sport, national library are everywhere in Singapore and usually near to the shopping mall or even inside the shopping mall. I usually like to do few hours of reading in the library and spend the rest of the day go shopping or movie, really too convenient...hehe
The best spot to view Singapore, on top of Marina Bay Sands. How we get up here? Together with the crazy friend, sneak in together with the guests. It's really worth it to do such a crazy stuff for the great view!
Some places that need entrance fees, I went to night safari and trick eyes musuem. Those places are worth to go for once in a life time :p. Entrance fees to night safari is $40 while trick eyes musuem is $16.

Working at Singapore ain't that bad as I thought. Started to like this place but I think the main reason of changing my mind would be getting to know a gang of great friends here. Hope for more exposure and knowing more great people here.
