Mixed feeling of convocation

It's my convocation!
Been studied for 19 years and just waiting for the coming of this Sunday...
Convocation mean so much to all the graduates and so do me! However, convocation ceremony always held few months gap after finished studies, the feeling of completed a long journey had been faded and most of us had been step into career life or either further studies, convocation most likely like a gathering for friends rather than a recognition after finished studies.

"Meaning to say that, in fact, convocation is not a big deal to me. It's just a ceremony that I can have 3days of convocation leave to meet up all my dearest frens and have a short vacation for myself."

The above statement was my thought on convocation about two weeks ago. When the day of convocation getting closer to me, I found it so excited and looking forward for the day to come! I enjoy the process of survey the best price for photo taking session, buying a new formal pants, seeing my parents choosing shirts for my convo, taking the robe and been trying the robe again and again! May be i'm too excited, too enjoy and too happy untill i expect my family to have the same feeling as well. Seeing my friends are trying to get extra invitation card for their family and my family were pushing around the card, my eldest brother change his mind not to attend my convo but to attend a fren's wedding just because of her, all these really hurt me.
So, in the end, convocation is still nothing to me!

3 ways to run a better Marathon

Simply from an article : Three ways to run a better Marathon

1. Do a second weekly longer run.

2. Run more hills.

3. Finish fast.

Practice 5: Manage to maintain as Practice 4
From the articles, found out that I should have some day to rest, some day to have longer run instead of practicing everyday and keep maintaining the distance of run.
So, I might have a rest tomorrow :)

Tomorrow can go shopping to look for a good running shoes for myself...
Do you know?
Our body absorbs a force of about three times of body weight every time we hit the ground
and my leg was sprained before, should buy a shoes to protect my leg.
(it's really a concrete reason to spend money during poor period ^_^)
